I agree to follow your independent course of study. I understand the Christian Council
On Education, Inc. (herein C.C.E.) is a Christian Doctrine Arts & Letters Collegial Council (Bishop and designated Council
Of Ministers) exclusively authorized, established, maintained, certifiably registered, filed, and incorporated under auspice
of its methods of administration. I understand the Term “Collegial Council” as of Collegial Authority vested in
Bishop in relationship/participation to Council Of Ministers. C.C.E. does not accept/produce tradition other than the Christian
Doctrine, which was taught always, everywhere, and by all Christians. C.C.E. does not accept taxpayer dollars, therefore,
is exclusive of any federal/state/bureaucracy/commission or agency affiliation. All Studies are defined into the “Degrees
Of The Christian Doctrine and Denomination Laws & Canons; officially recognized since the second century by the precedent
highest institutions of Christian “paideia” and the Sygletos Councils as the cultivation of civilization and culture;
thereby, eliminating any and all controversy of Christian Doctrine Arts & Letters as officially instituted by the higher
Hierarchs. All Collegial Council Administration Credentials and Ordinations of the Christian Doctrine
are evaluated by Bishop and designated Council Of Ministers. The Degrees of the Christian Doctrine Arts & Letters are
as follows: Select 1. a. Ordination: (Presbyter, Minister, Reverend, Priest, Clergyman/Clergywoman,
Deacon, Evangelist, and etc. or (circle one) a. Bachelor: b. Masters: c. Doctoral: ( circle one: Sacred Divinity, Sacred Theology,
Ministerial Studies, Religious Education, Church Doctrine, and etc. 3. Appointment of Bishop & Credentials of the Sacred
Sacraments. d. Christian Education High School Completion Certificate I understand that all learning institutions have different criteria for religious education
acceptance toward higher education; such as; (i.e. students are required to complete 5 page book report assignment; The
Key to the Secret: Author James De Havilland for course completion) therefore, it is students’ responsibility to inquire
as to religious transferable credentials from one learning institution to another before enrollment. If C.C.E. does not recognize
student's previous study, notification shall be forwarded before enrollment. I have read and understand the writings in this
application. I request enrollment. I understand that upon my completion of course of study and contribution, I will be bestowed
the Christian Doctrine Arts & Letters Collegial Council Administration Credential as requested by me. I certify that I
am 18 years old or older and that I am beyond the age of compulsory education in my state of residence. If you are under 18
years of age, please have your parent or guardian or responsible person over 21 years of age sign this enrollment application

as Regional Representatives in order to receive contributions for their own Churches, Ministries, Academies, Seminaries, &
Christian Counsel Centers. All transcripts as requested by Churches, employers, corporations, companies, organizations,
business, etc. must be requested by graduate and will be forwarded directly to graduate. If requested, a contribution
is necessary for cost of processing, time, and effort. I promise to hold C.C.E. harmless for any damage and/or other liability
which may arise out of my misinterpretation of this application, and/or of any situation, or obligations which may arise through
